Will the defects report be submitted in developer format?
Yes, the included defects report will be submitted in developer format to Main Contractors or Developers and Homeowners.

How long is the Defects Liability Period (DLP)?
The Defects Liability Period (DLP) starts 12 months from the day homeowners collects their keys. Homeowners are advised to report all defects within the period before any renovation works or move-in.

What are the processes of the inspection?
There will be a systematic flow of thorough inspection throughout the whole unit, focusing on architectural, electrical, plumbing, painting, and many other items.

Do I need to activate water & electricity before the inspection?
Yes, it is advisable to turn on the water and electricity before the inspection starts. This is so that we can achieve a smooth and efficient inspection. If you are unable to activate water, we will use a spirit level to test the water gradient instead.

How long will the inspection take?
The 1st inspection will take 1 – 2 hours and a defects de-brief will be conducted at the end of the inspection for about 15 minutes.

Are you able to submit defects via mobile applications?
Yes, we are able to submit on your behalf the defects via the application used by the developers.

How many inspectors will be inspecting my home?
We would usually send 1 – 2 inspectors per unit and 2 – 4 inspectors for larger units.

Will I receive the defects report?
Yes, All homeowners will receive a detailed defects report after inspections are completed. The defects report will also be submitted to the developer in developer’s format on the homeowner’s behalf.

Do you use approved equipments for the inspections?
Yes, the equipments we use are of Industry Standard and Certified ROHS Compliant. Our inspection specialists will guide you through all equipments used in the unit.

Do you offer instalments?
No, we currently do not offer instalment. However, we provide split payments. 50% upon confirmation and 50% upon completion of project.
